SUNRISE Yoga classes in North Burnaby, Capital Hill Community Centre. The tentative schedule is as follows
Mondays and Wednesdays. 7:15 am to 8:30 am This time is somewhat flexible, the class can start earlier but must end by 8:30am.
We will need a minimum of 10 people to sign up for each class for classes to run, and will limit the class to maximum of 20 participants. Classes will run in 8 week sessions. Choose either day to come or come to both.
$15 for Drop in. Or Save $$ and sign up for whole session.
Pick a day Monday or Wednesday get 8 weeks for $96. ($12 for each class)
Come to both days, 2 x week for $192 for 8 weeks ($12 for each class)
